LOVING SAINTS CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP

Pastor Kraig Burleson is a native of Denver, Colorado. Pastor B. and First Lady Autherine, his wife of 30 years, have three children.  Like countless others, Pastor Burleson’s life was heavily influenced by the labor and love of Rev. Mother Sidney Adams. He is a charter member of Youth Unlimited Community Christian Club. YU was the ground breaking ministry founded by Mother Adams.  Rev. Burleson worked closely with Mother Adams and her beloved husband, Mr. Douglas K. Adams. As Youth Unlimited transitioned into Loving Saints Christian Fellowship, Pastor B. became a charter member of the church. He served in many capacities including deacon, trustee, and Bible study teacher. He was later licensed as a gospel preacher and appointed Youth Pastor. Rev. Burleson was ordained in January 1994, following the successful completion of the anointed ecclesiastical curriculum “Called To Preach”, developed and authored by Rev. Sidney Adams, Ph.D. In 1999, when Mother Adams’ health would not allow her to continue as pastor, with the support of Assistant Pastor Rev. Karen R. Cunningham and the blessing of Mother Adams, the church unanimously approved Rev. Kraig Burleson as its new Pastor. He has been serving in this capacity since 1999.

Pastor Kraig Burleson is also, the CEO of Inner City Health Center and has orchestrated Inner City Health Center’s move from its 25 year home in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. The new facility nearly doubled the health center’s capacity and opened in January 2009, at nearby 3800 York Street. Mr. Burleson is a member of the Denver Leadership Class of 2005 and completed the El Pomar Non Profit Executive Leadership Program in 2006. He serves on numerous boards and committees, the majority of which are devoted to increasing access to quality healthcare for people who are uninsured, under served or under-insured in the state of Colorado. During his tenure as CEO, Inner City Health Center has been the recipient of many distinguished honors including the 2007 El Pomar Award For Excellence Health Facility-Large and Metropolitan Denver Chamber of Commerce Non Profit of the Year in 2006. Rev. Burleson has also been personally recognized.
